Do I need to be home for Dave to work?
Up to you! If you want to be home, great. If not, we can arrange to keep a key of yours on file so that we can complete tasks while you’re out of the house.

How is my security ensured?
All Daves undergo extensive background checks. In addition, you can also request that Dave wear a camera the entirety of the time they are working in your home.

Do I get the same Dave every time?
More likely than not, you will have the same 1-2 Daves every time. We believe that your working relationship with us is like fine wine—it gets better with age. As Dave learns more about your preferences and how you like to do things, we believe that we’ll become even more equipped to help you.

The task I need help with isn't listed. Can Dave still help me with it?
Yes! You can ask Dave to do tasks that are maybe specific but critical to your home, even if they’re not common.

Do I need to tip my Dave?
No, tipping is neither expected nor required.

Do I pay for anything more than the flat rate?
You don’t pay for anything other than the time, unless you request services that have an additional cost to them (i.e. you want Dave to do your grocery shopping for you), in which case, we will upload receipts and you’ll be billed for those items.

How do I pay?
We process electronic payments using Stripe.

How does key holding work?
You drop your key off with us, or we collect it from you, and it is securely stored at our offices. It can then be accessed by you or Dave during normal business hours.
